As a domiciliary care worker at Lambano Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans tailored to their specific needs and provide ongoing support and assistance to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and compassionate, and have experience working in a care environment. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential.
